The Tormentor.. Even if it was almost all cutscene, it's still my favorite boss of the Dead Space franchise, and I expect that it will continue to be for quite a while. Great art, btw. Colors are really cool.

Same here! I'm kind of glad that there was more cutscenes than gameplay during it's sequence cause maaaan I was shitting my pants pretty hard over the Tormentor.

It was originally supposed to show up multiple times to "torment" the player, but developers decided not to bother.

oh well that would've made more sense. it did seem like that one sequence wasn't enough (even though it WAS pretty badass, i was flipping out the whole time on that earthgov ship)

so, what're your thoughts on dead space 3?

Getting way too much hate. It'll still have plenty of dark, claustrophobic moments. The developers just wanted to show what new things they've done. I hope they play with the weather more, like what they did early in the demo. Whiteout conditions ftw.

Yeah, I'm there as well. I'm real hesitant about going all-out for this game and getting the special edition, but I'm intrigued to see where this story will go. I really liked the character development in the second one, and I look forward to seeing the newer characters come into play. Do you think that's the Black Marker on Tau Volantis?
